Butterballs

Ingredients

2 cupbutter
2 tspvanilla
2 cupchopped walnuts
1 cuppowdered sugar (plus 1 cup for rolling)
3.5 cupflour

Steps

1) Mix all of the ingredients and form into small balls
2) Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 20-25 minutes until light brown
3) While balls are warm, roll in powdered sugar
4) 82 calories each
